Anxiety can feel constant and overwhelming. It may appear as racing thoughts, physical tension, panic attacks, or difficulty relaxing. Over time, it can interfere with daily life and make even small tasks feel heavy.

I provide anxiety therapy for adults across Michigan, offering a calm and supportive space to understand your anxiety and develop tools to feel more grounded and in control. Therapy is collaborative and paced to your comfort level.

How Anxiety Therapy Can Help

Therapy can help you:

  • Reduce the intensity of racing thoughts and panic

  • Calm your nervous system and manage stress

  • Develop coping skills for long-term relief

  • Understand patterns that contribute to anxiety

  • Restore a sense of control and confidence

Together, we work to understand both the mind and body aspects of anxiety, creating strategies that fit your life and goals.
